Not advisable to go here for wedding flowers. Presented with diseased and wilting roses in all arrangements on the morning of my daughter's wedding. Lost for words and extremely upset. An hour into the wedding the bridesmaids bouquets were falling apart and dying - as were all the other arrangements. Photographer commented and offered not to get too close. Called shop from our wedding venue to complain - said she hadn't noticed the huge brown spots on the roses nor the wilting flowers. Returned to shop next day and told to come back as they were too busy with valentines day orders. Didn't seem to care. I foolishly believed that a wedding order was important to a florist. Clearly not this one.

Don't expect anything that resembles the photos on the website. I wasted £30 + £9 delivery on these flowers, some of which are going brown the next day. I was hoping to have found a good supplier which I could use regularly as my daughter is living in Warwick, this is obviously not the one. I would welcome a reply and a refund from the owner but not expecting either.

Flowers in glass vase simply left on the driveway outside the gate in below freezing temperatures. No call or visible attempt to access property despite mobile number being provided and Ring bell at gate.

A very poor and overpriced 'attempt' at the flowers for our big day - our wedding. Thoroughly disappointed that the bouquets weren't the right colour, the 'bracelet' for the corsage was non-existent and the button holes were all the wrong colour and wilted on the morning of our wedding, with no foliage having PAID EXTRA for FOLIAGE!!! :-( We paid for pink and got an off-yellow.Really, really disappointed.Tried to protest with shop worker and ask for help in fitting button holes but it was a 15/16 year old girl standing in for the owner and she frankly didn't want to know and didn't have a clue. As it was the morning of our wedding, I was left with no choice but to take them and salvage at least a little something.Again, frankly very poor. Bordering on a disaster. Don't use, particularly not if it's an important day for you!

Just wanted to say your flowers I had given to me today from your shop are again beautiful and the last bouquet I had from you, after giving them TLC lasted for nearly 3 weeks! Fab !!

This is simply the best place in the area to buy flowers, they are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them. There is an excellent choice and they are very reasonably priced. Deliveries are always on time too.

Called to speak to a local florist close to the point of delivery!Woman on the phone didn't know their own product advertised on the website and I should call back when I have all the information!Called back few times, can accept this might take a while on day before valentine's day, same woman answers the phone and still doesn't know the product when I give the name on the website! Then told its sold out jar will be different,ok not a problem, then advised to have s mixed bouquet instead for more than listed on website, reluctantly agree. Then asks for the address and give the building name and postcode to be told that's not enough info!Trying to do the right thing and use a local business than say moon pig or someone large and it's a bit of a mess!Poor customer service! Terrible, I welcome feedback from the owner and an apology!

Living in Australia and ordering over the phone, you cannot always be sure that you get what you envisage with a colourful and healthy display of flowers Thank you for your time on the phone, and advise for the right spring flowers in bloom at present to create a cheerful basket. My sister is thrilled with them and it brightens up her window ledge beautifully. There is good combination of colour, flowers in in bloom and bulbs which will flower later, ensuring my sisiter can enjoy the display for a good few weeks

Called for a same day delivery, staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful freash flowers delivered same day. Perfect gift.Really pleased to support local business .
