Suzie Faith Pilates

Suzie is a fantastic Pilates teacher. Her classes are varied and she gives lots of helpful advice tailored to individual needs. Thorough warm ups, relaxations and cool downs ensure that we're not achy the next day. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Suzie is a great Pilates instructor for any age or ability! She makes everyone feel at ease, puts no pressure on, yet encourages progress in each class. I always come away feeling energised and relaxed!

Recently moved to the area having practiced Pilates for many years.Relieved to have found an excellent teacher with whom I can continue such a beneficial form of exercise.I would be equally confident as a beginner as it is clear that I would be in safe hands.

Attended first class today. Suzie was very welcoming and a brilliant teacher. The level was right for me as this is my first time at Pilates.

Suzie's classes are wonderful. As a Pilates beginner, she has helped me so much. She is so good at leading a group of people who are all at different levels, always offering different ways to do each exercise and encouraging us to progress when we feel ready, with no pressure.Suzie is so friendly, approachable and fun. I can't recommend this class enough. When the sun is out we do the class outside - bliss!
