Laundry lounge

Sadly not impressed, King size quilt totally ruined, came back with black marks and a hole in it, apologies were made but it’s only fit for the bin, I have noticed your reply, but sadly I was never offered a replacement, in fact nothing other than the apology was offered, had it been we would have gladly accepted as obviously we had to replace it ourselves

I’ve used the service twice. The first time I couldn’t understand why it was so difficult to fold items so on return my laundry didn’t look like an empty packet of walkers crisps. I put this down to a bad day (everyone has them). On the second pickup there was definitely still no signs of anyone with basic skills to fold a paper plane and sadly any kind of basic folding of laundry. However, having just tried on all my freshly washed polo shirts I am happy to announce I can now clothe 3 out of the 7 dwarfs. If you’re planing on visiting the quantumverse I can’t recommend this business enough for your everyday shrinking needs. Not recommend for laundry or origami lessons.

I love taking my bedding here, smells amazing for days, even when I have time to wash it at home I still prefer to take it to the laundry lounge so it smells so nice, nothing I use at home makes it smell so good, would highly recommend

What a lovely place, and equally lovely staff. Left a quilt to be washed. Got it back same afternoon smelling out of this world and very clean. Will definitely be going back maybe have a cheeky coffee and cake next time! Would recommend 100%
