Paul is an incredible landlord, I've lived in 2 of his properties and am honestly devastated to be leaving completely. The rooms are modern and furnished nicely, the properties are maintained well and nothing is too much trouble. I really recommend Paul as a landlord and his properties to live in, he's just a really great guy and the properties are all lovely

Arranged viewing with Paul who turned up late, agreed to message me the details after but never did. Not to mention he didnt treat me very well, told me multiple times its without bills and asked if i could even afford it (i assured him multiple times i could). The flat is still up on the website for rent so i guess Paul just didnt like me or simply didnt believe i could afford it for some reason.Very unprofessional attitude and pretty much a waste of time. Would give 0 stars if i could.Also most of the reviews on here are fake. That’s how the rating is good. Never trust reviews from profiles who only reviewed one thing.

The house was very spacious and newly furnished with a modern decor, the landlord was very helpful and quick to sort out any issues. The area is safe and close to everything like town, train station and avenham park which was very convenient! Would recommend.
