The service that I received at Peugeot in Leicester was great! The salesman was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in the car that I was buying. Thank you Les Hornsby for a great buying experience!!

This was our first purchase of a vehicle and we knew absolutely nothing about the process. However, our sales rep - Sohail Gaba took good care of us every step of the way. From the time I made the reservation, Sohail was in touch and even did a personalised virtual tour of the vehicle and sent it to me as soon as possible. He booked us an appointment to see the vehicle in Leicester.The day of the appointment, Sohail gave us time to view and inspect the vehicle on our own. When we told him about some of the snags we saw, he explained to me that he will get everything done and fixed before he will get the vehicle delivered.A few days after the vehicle was delivered, I noticed a spot on the roof which needed fixing - I sent an email to Sohail asking if we can get it fixed. I got a call from both Sohail and his manager, Gary and told me they could get it fixed for me. Gary even offered to get the vehicle from my address if I couldn't drive to Leicester! Now that is what I call going the extra mile.It has been a wonderful experience doing business with Stellantis &You Leicester. Cheers to Sohail and Gary - brilliant service!

Milin Lathia - recently collected my vehicle with Milin and was very impressed with the level of service snd product knowledge. Made me feel comfortable from the begining to the end of my buying journey. He managed to secure a vehicle sooner than factory order and managed to deliver it before Christmas! I have recently purchased a car from this establishment and the service I received was top notch! I had a lovely young man called Spencer handle my purchase and he couldn’t have been better. Any information I required he could provide in a timely manner, and he was consistently polite. He was honest with me every step of the way, which is hard to find in this industry, and the process was completed quickly and smoothly I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman.

Our car was recalled here. The service was really good, we were looked after very well. All our questions were answered. All the staff were polite and helpful

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, we have been lied to about work done as the car still has the engine management light on warning about the cat that was changed under warranty. Peugeot service has it logged that they changed it but as Gaz and Patricia were so stroppy and rude with us we took it to a different garage for them to confirm that no work has been done, and engine warning system has been locked as well now. We are waiting for Peugeot Customer Care to allow us to take the car to a different Peugeot garage for the work that should have been done to be done. I would advise everyone to avoid this place as a two day job will take weeks for this to be sorted.

I bought my new peaugot in August '23 and have had numerous issues with the car. I have been waiting on a new part since August because of damage to the car before handover. Customer service has been very poor, they are not able to provide a fixed delivery date and continue to give false dates and very slow to respond. They offered compensation, now ignoring my emails. Its completely taken the shine off getting a new car.

I had a fantastic experience with Stellantis and you Leicester. I came in looking to buy a used car. One of the salesmen, Sohail Gaba was very informative and answered all my questions in a professional manner and all staff members were extremely friendly. I would definitely visit again.

A big shout out for MOJ ASGHARI!! I purchased a vehicle off him a few years ago half way through my time with the car he left, so after my contract I was planning on going elsewhere but MOJ rang me a few days ago told me he was back, cause of that I wanted to stay and managed to set up a new vehicle with him. With him I feel like I’m making a really good and safe option sometimes that’s hard to find in this world he always looks after you his best interest is always the customer so passionate in his work and takes great pride in his work with a great heart.
