Nice neighborhood cafe. The place is intended for local residents, visitors, and the future residents of the neighborhood built nearby. The place was not busy in the morning. I ordered a small cappuccino, and a cold americano, to take away. We drank them at the nearby playground, while the kids played. My cappuccino was delicious and wonderfully made, the cold Americano was also very refreshing, on such a hot day. The pastries on display looked tempting and delicious.

The pastries are okay, the coffee was unfortunately average. The matcha had way too much matcha in it that it was really way too bitter to enjoy as a result.Nicely presented cafe, shame the drinks and food we had lacked substance.

The coffee was really nice and we had a delicious cinnamon swirl pastry! The interior is also really pretty and the atmosphere relaxed.

I only gave 1 star because the serving of ice cream I received for £2.50 was a joke.Staff was polite.

I really enjoy this cafe. It has a very limited menu. I encourage more people to visit and then the menu will expand to suit. Good coffee. I have seen a few people come in with laptops to work, mothers and babies, elderly and friends. It feels good and eclectic.

Regular customer- great interior, good flat white, really lovely service (staff are kind and efficient). Only reason not 5 stars because they’ve had the same questionable playlist (redeemed only by Nina Simone) for the last year and we could all do with a change!

Had an issue with my card (bank blocked it for some reason) meaning I had to go to the shop across the road, came back with cash to find out S&L don't take cash HOWEVER you have an absolute hero working for you who paid for the order I made using her card and I gave her the cash.Such an amazing gesture and not something many people would do these days to help someone out, so thank you, sorry I didn't get her name, but there were two other colleagues there who'll know who I'm talking about.Great customer service, as always!
