Axyz are an outstanding company with a fantastic team to back the service we currently have 3 routers one of which has covered over 3 million meters of work alone with hardly no down time at all in fact these machines are bomb proof i personally have 15 years of business relationship with this company and never experienced any bad doing from any of Axyz team .GENIUS FACADES TEAM.

We have had AXYZ machines since 2007. Very reliable and great service over the 16 years. Would highly recommended AXYZ machines.

I have been working with AXYZ since 2016 after having made a big mistake using a Chinese import company for our first 2 machines.AXYZ machines have been designed for plug and play, so if there is an issue they ship parts on next day delivery and we fit them. To date the only problems we’ve had have been from operators misusing the machines.Our machines run 12 hours a day solid, so the relief to know you are coming in to work everyday to not having to worry about the reliability of your machinery leaves me more time to focus on what I should be doing.I can’t recommend AXYZ enough they have been reliable machines with great customer service. If you are new to the CNC world don’t mess around trying other companies. If you’ve been in the industry for a while then you understand the importance of reliability, value and good customer service and AXYZ exceed at all.

Absolutely terrible service. Take ages to respond to emails or calls when the industry is obviously very time sensitive.Took months to arrange a service on our machine, the call centre operatives are rude and have zero care for their jobs or customers.We have a email support package, took ages to respond to us, when j ask how long it will take them they say to the effect of ‘how long is a price of string’. Couldn’t tell me if it would be hours, days weeks or moths..So I paid to upgrade to the phone support package as they say this will give me priority and I can just speak to a tech over the phone. First time I use this service, the tech is just as unhelpful.Now it comes to the second time of me using the phone support. I call the main line, they advise the tech is on the phone and will call me back as soon as they can. Hours pass and I hear no word back. I call them and get told that my ticket is in a que and they will get back to me when they can, but can give me no time estimates, yet again. So I ask if there are many people waiting before me, of course they also cannot tell me and just say they will help me when they can. This is a premium service that I have paid for and we are not getting any assistance or it is always just too little too late. Do they only have one tech to answer calls?!? But yet their sales real are always available at any given second..Shambles of an organisation.We are now sat stuck with a 30k pluss paper weight of a CNC machine.Avoid.

Hello. I have been dealing with AXYZ Automation for nearly 20 years, and I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with this company!. My point of contact is Chris Perry, and I can only praise his professionalism and detail to customer care. To date, we have had 6no Routers supplied from Axyz through upgrading and resizing of our business. We currently have two machines in our workshop. Machine 1 is a 6010 machine and Machine 2 is the new Infinite model, both with ATC's. We have them regularly serviced and find little fault with them. I have an ongoing annual service contract on both models, and would advise any customer to also consider this facility for back up and peace of mind. This contract offers us both telephone, and online support. If we have a problem, we log the issue and we are always sent back a 'service ticket'. This ticket is kept 'live' until the issue has been resolved with regular email and telephone contact from the service team. I have never had any delay issues in problem solving, and to be honest the service engineers have always been more than patient and helpful to me. A service like this keeps our production line running with the minimum of 'downtime'. I am surprised to read some negativity recently as this definitely does not reflect my experience with AXYZ. I would be happy for anyone considering purchasing an AXYZ Router to contact me directly and I can share my experience, but I would not be put off by the negative response listed. I have worked with Chris and the guys at AXYZ for many years and recommended their cnc router machines to many of my own customers. We have had our AXYZ cnc router since 2018 and develop and test all our new tools on it.We have had excellent results and I would recommend this work horse of a router to any business wanting to cut all manner of materials.

We've used AXYZ company for almost 10 years and there's not a thing I could regret of. We have bought a 1st CNC machine 8x4ft when our business were still small. They came to install it, train us and provide us with every single thing we needed.Over the years AXYZ company has been support us helping to solve every problem we could found. Now we got a second bigger CNC and the business is 4 time bigger.Very friendly and competent people, I wouldn't change CNC make for anything else.

Superb Company, it is clear to me some jealous competition are trying to sabotage what is the market leaders.Had our machine now for over 3 years, runs like a dream. the service department answer straight away whenever we need some advice and the sales man (Chris) calls in every other month to make sure everything is ok.AXYZ are superb to work with and build long lasting partnerships

Tremendous service from the point of enquiry, through specifying our machin and installation.After install we had a visit for Chris a month later to make sure we were getting on with the machine ok and that the training we had been given was up to standard.This is our second CNC and wish we had been with AXYZ from the start.Highly recommended and happy to supply references.
