Came here for a special birthday. They serve some of the best toast I have ever had in my life - even provided on the house! Service was excellent. They cater for everyone. They also do deliveries but not guaranteed to arrive on time.

I was very lucky that A&E was not too busy and could care for me almost immediately.I had two clots on my lungs, which was life threatening. They were amazing and after five days on a ward I was able to leave. They saved my life.Brilliant staff .After a few weeks I was able to fly back to Germany.

Good hospital, no complaints. Friendly and helpful staff at all levels. The Costa coffee inside has regularly got a reduced drinks menu, which is the only downside.

Anna (Dr) and Stacey (Nurse) absolutely top class. Treated my pathetic drunken injury with all the seriousness it deserved.

Fantastic service for patients by all staff at the Bridgend POW Hospital. Nothing was too much trouble - good communication, friendly greeting on arrival in each department, thorough explanations on imminent procedures and reviews by all doctors, nurses and other staff.Special thanks to all in the Ambulatory Emergency Care department through from Dr Meg to the Reception team led by Ceriwhere there was an atmosphere of calmness, efficiency and warmth all day.I can’t recommend it enough - thank you!

Admitted this morning to have my umbilical hernia surgery with mesh. What an amazing hospital. I was looked after from start to finish with the utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and conideribg the huge pressures the surgeons, doctors and nurses are under, everyone kept smiling and gave the very best care . Arrived home and completely pain free (at moment) thankyou so much to Mr Padman and the team at Princess of Wales. You truly deserve a medal for all you do.

First day of my holiday in Wales I suffered ear ache and discharge. Referred here quickly to the OOH GP service by 111 where I was in and out in approx 30 mins on a Sunday too. Doctors and staff were excellent, and I'm now on the mend with a prescription (which was free in Wales!). Thank you.
