Awful, never take the bins when they are supposed too, and way dearer than they tell you when you sign up as you are playing back up the whole time, arranging extra pick ups. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wouldn't let me put zero

Absolutely awful company to deal with.In the beginning all was well. Rates agreed, bins collected, no hassle and that's all I would really want for refuse collection.They suggested a change to the format of the bins, promising no price increase and it would be more efficient. That was 2 years ago.Over the following year the amount paid kept edging up.Within a year it was over 45% higher than the signed up rate.Then, a couple of months ago, it was suddenly over 80% higher.That was too far and I complained.Suddenly they were able to reduce the cost and it was going to return, according to their calculations, to around 22% higher than our original quote. Still a hike for just 2 years, but acceptable.The first payment thereafter was back to 45% above the initial amount, but I put that down to a transition between contracts.The second was 220% higher (yes that's not a typo).The reason given was they had billed me for 2 months. Even then, it's still too high.Then they claimed they could do another new contract to bring the price down again. However, given the history, I was sick of believing them.I wanted an explanation for the rate of increase and the reason we suddenly had to pay for 2 months when our previous payment came out just 27 days prior.After over 3 weeks of chasing, speaking to numerous people on the phone, numerous emails and so on, I still haven't had any answer to these 2 simple questions.The only response I've had (repeatedly) is that, in reviewing my invoices, they are correct.As such, I'm just about to spend even more time searching for a new contractor and looking into what I'm able to do, legally, about this.Bins are not something that should be taking up any major time for a business, that's why refuse companies are there. Yet, this has taken up in excess of 20hrs of my time in the past 2-3 months alone.So, I wanted to ensure that anyone considering this company are pre-warned. It might look good on paper, but don't touch them as it could just cause you more hassle than it is worth further down the line.

The yard is too small for the amount of traffic it sees.

Bit of a pain having to weigh in then go out and back in to load, especially when the bales are wet and your too heavy, but hey it's all part of the job, staff are always nice. The bakery next door smells wonderful
