Really grateful for being seen with an unrepairable flat tyre the end of the day. Was worried as it happened at 5.30pm but I called and was sorted so quickly. Thomas was v reassuring on the phone- thank you to all the rest of the team that helped on Tuesday evening (6th December) 10/10 service!

Excellent service, reliable. I've taken my car here for MOT and recently my exhaust needed repairing. Was done under an hour. Will always take my car here. Highly recommended

Had a Major Service, 4 Wheel Alignment and all four wheels balanced on my vehicle. And although it runs really well now, I couldn't rate the person I spoke to (Tomas) from the minute I walked through the door, he was trying to get me to pay for more un necessary items, bare in mind I'd already paid nearly £400.00, it didnt stop there, I had a phone call a few hours into the service saying you will need 2 new tyres, brake pads and a new Battery( which had only been replaced a month before), upon taking my car to another halfords branch, and back to where I bought the vehicle from they told me ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with the any of these items listed, but this particular branch has a habit of finding things that don't need doing, word from the wise COST OF LIVING CRISIS has hit us all especially me, think about next time.

I recently had my 2008 citroen motd and although it failed they were great at recommendations for the Welding that needed doing. Tomaz on the desk was so polite and friendly too. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been to this branch a few times now and have always received impeccable customer service. We recently had a last minute issue with our car before a family holiday and were accommodated at the last minute despite the team clearly being very busy. All staff are extremely hard working, honest and friendly. I would highly recommend this branch.

Great service, very polite staff members, our car was in for brakes check which was free, the brakes were checked 1st thing, the service centre phoned with the results before 10, and the new discs and pads fitted before lunch (we knew they needed replacing so it was a surprise).
