It did become a very stressful process but Joe kept us up to date with progress, queries and any information that we needed on our purchase. The personal approach and creativity was very much in evidence in the marketing of the property with excellent photographs and video. OUTSTANDING! Joe is the most professional, honest, genuine and personable estate agent I have ever met (and I used to work in the ‘business’). From the outset he put us at ease and had our absolute confidence. Brilliant communication, amazing photos and brochure - photographer used no filters etc. to make anything look bigger than it was - and he sold our house in 7 days! Joe is absolutely amazing I cannot recommend him enough. He made the whole process of selling my house so easy. The consistency not being passed around to different people gives you a more personal experience. We were very lucky my house was listed and the next day had a viewing and then it sold. Joe kept in touch with me and updated me throughout I am very grateful to him for all of his hard work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Joe is by far the best estate agent in Plymouth. The way he conducts himself is second to none. He makes you feel so comfortable and will work around you even if it means working late. He doesn’t try to sell or push any mortgage advice down your throat like a lot of the the national businesses. You feel like he’s really looking out for you. I recommend him to anyone. I’ve taken my time in writing this review because to actually put into words the service that Joe provides is near on impossible. Every question, every issue and any advice I’ve needed Joe has been there.We have had one of the worse processes from start to finish and without Joe we would’ve most probably pulled the plug a long time ago. His honesty, compassion and overall knowledge of the industry has put me and my wife at ease on numerous occasions. The fact that this is the most stressful time for sellers/buyers and the way Joe corresponds with you as a client just takes that away.Also Joes attention to detail when marketing the property is amazing, he also helped my wife tidy up a few bits whilst waiting on the photographer. My wife didn’t even have say anything he just got stuck and offered to help with anything.Joe even helped me locate a solicitor when buying agricultural land, I was totally lost as it’s a service that I have now found out is hard to get and he came through within an hour with a solicitor to assist me.If you are looking for an estate agent that has your best interests not the profit margain in mind you be hard done by to find someone on Joes level. I still think this review doesn’t do him justice Joe you really were amazing for us.
