Bathroom refit, Absolutely fantastic team of professional old Bathroom stripped to a shell, redesigned and professionally put together plumbing, tiling electrics carpentry first class nothing had been too much trouble team are super friendly.

Boiler packed in over weekend, phoned Monday morning, engineer due Tuesday but call from Bryers saying engineer finished early & was Monday afternoon convenient, confirmed what I suspected about pump, sent the boss photos etc who was out of the country. Repair not cost effective, boiler over 16 y.o. The boss returns from holiday after delayed flights & heads straight to mine 5pm Wednesday, detailed quote for boiler received by 6.30pm - system flushed, new flue, boiler etc fitted & running by Thursday tea time!! If that isn't excellent service from a whole team of friendly efficient folk I don't know what is, especially these days!!

Had our bathroom refurbished.Mike was really helpful, from start to finish.We had a dividing wall knock out.Walk in shower . toilet. And storage units fitted.Fully tiled walls.All of Mike's team were all very professional.And the quality of work was outstanding.

very poor service and communication. We were given a time frame between 9am and 1pm. Still had not arrived at 4pm! The lady I spoke to when trying to find out what was happening was very rude and impatient.. No one contacted me to let me know they were running late I had to contact them. My whole day wasted. I would not use them again that's if they ever turn up!

The boiler maintenance crew were fine and friendly though after 4 visits our boiler is in a worse condition than when they first arrived. Charged me twice, having threatened me with bailiffs, for an awful service. Person on phone really unhelpful. Paid in the end just to end all contact .

Very disorganised backroom booking service. Although it's difficult to generalise about individuals, there does seem to be a generally unprofessional culture in Bryers. Towards the end of a ridiculously overly-long installation, I actually distrusted the various workmen's explanations and excuses. Please avoid.

Booked to come out for boiler service initially, came out quickly and found a fault, diagnosed the fault and needed to order parts, came out to fit new parts which did not fix the issue, ordered more parts and came again which still didn’t fix the issue. Ended up having someone else come out who diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed the boiler next day. Very costly mis diagnosis for me. Would definitely NOT recommend.
