Poor customer service skills from service department. My dads motability car went in for a service, Bluetooth obd dongle went missing and they pretty much don’t want to take responsibility for it even though they picked it up and it was disconnected 20 mins after they had picked the car up.****updated****Spoke to Harry and he was extremely helpful and apologised. I’ve update my review from 1 star to 3 stars for this reason. Thank you Harry your a credit to listers

I booked my car in for MOT & service. To make things clear, Listers at this location also still service VW vehicles, of which I have one. Therefore I can not comment on the Volvo part of the operation. All I can say is that the VW team we very helpful and did a superb job. Nothing seemed a problem and they sorted the other minor problems I had with my car. Great service and will certainly use them again for the next service. Well done.

Very good, friendly dealership where people actually engage with you. I have been in far to many dealerships where you are just ignored. There is a nice seating area with coffee pastries etc. The sale person I dealt with was Guy Brown who was knowledgable and sincere - again a nice change. Overall I was pleased with the process from initial engagement to final handover - excellent.

Brilliant service from Jack O'Sullivan buying a used V60, aided by Ben Neade! Excellent knowledge and helpful with every phone call and email along the way! Would thoroughly recommend! Picked up the car today, perfect handover, and the car was even better than expected!

Great service, very professional, no pressure sales and lovely personal touches too! Video sale was very detailed and even a follow up personal video update on the process including a birthday message. Very warm welcome when we arrived to pick up car., bottle of Prosecco and car fuelled up. Guy is actually the nicest sales person we’ve ever come across.

Shocking communication and still chasing months later for a replacement part. My vehicle is due to be out of warranty and they still don’t have the replacement or any update after months of chasing! When we contact it seems the staff don’t know what they’re doing and they keep telling us they don’t have any staff! We also paid for a service and no one bothered to call to let us know the car was ready! I’ll never buy from Volvo again! Instead of the poor responses to other customers complaints below, why don’t management actually contact the customer and do something to fix the issues??

Listers Leamington Will not be my first choice to go again for a replacement car. Poor communication and handover. I am still awaiting replies to Email queries. Car seems good, but poor explanation of functionality means lots of learning “on the job”.

A truly outstanding experience from start to finish. Guy looked after us with exceptional attention to detail. The handover of the car (we've never owned a Volvo before so this was important to us) was the best handover I have had in 30 years of buying cars. 10/10 and would highly recommend this dealership.
