I bought a used car off yourself this week, a Renault Zoe. When I first contacted your branch I was very close to buying another car off a different company. However, from the outset Jess Bright displayed urgency, professionalism and a willingness to find me a car that met my budget. I've dealt with many car salespeople over the years and Jess just seemed genuine. That service played a huge part in my final decision to purchase the car with yourself, despite the other company trying to match Jess's quote.I then threw a curve ball, and made things especially difficult for Jess when trying to sign my finance agreement. But again she persevered with me, talked me through several phone calls to make sure this was signed as quick as possible.I'm not sure what you guys do with feedback as a company, but I can't rate Jess's service high enough.Buying a car, when finances are tight at home with so many other bills going up, is a tough call and is a stressful decision. But she made it a little easier so thank you Jess.

The whole experience was very good from start to finish. We were looked after by Jessica to start with and in her absence by Jack. Both were very helpful and informative with the questions we had. We went with the new Renault Megane and are very happy with our purchase

After a previous visit we decided to return to make a new car purchase.The sales assistant Jessica was extremely helpful, and when we returned to collect our new car spent time going through the all the in car refinements.Jessica asked if we would come back to make sure we were happy with our car. We have booked our initial appointment with Kevin S. just to explore our options. Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. We have been offered a test drive for Renault Clio hybrid. I also liked a lot that computer screen in a show room was customer faced, so whatever we have been discussing, you could see on a screen. I felt that Kevin was open and transparent with us through the whole process. He worked around our circumstances and Voila - 2 weeks later im a one happy driver of a new car. Although we didn't plan buying a new car on that day, we ended up ordering one and 2 weeks later - collected our new Renault Clio. We were well looked after by Kevin S. And Steven L.
