The customer service really is a breath of fresh air. People actually answer the phone and also know what they are talking about. After ordering the wrong item (twice!) I was refunded with no problem. They ordered the item I wanted in, phoned me to tell me when it was in stock and then delivered it next day. The price was also unbeatable. I will always go back to Davan for my camping needs.
