I went here with a friend to purchase a vehicle and was greeted by excellent customer service from staff and higher management. We spoke to Christian mundell who took care of everything and he was a well spoken, down to earth gentleman. Had a fantastic experience here and if I do purchase a lexus in the future myself I will consider coming to lexus Bristol.

My Lexus had a Factory recall task to be performed. The service to arrange the appointment was courteous, the service when I delivered my car was exemplary- after all it was just a Factory recall, I wasn't paying anything nor was I about to buy a car but that really didn't matter to the team. I was treated like Royalty. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thankyou for making me feel so welcomed and so comfortable.

I would like to express my gratitude to Ben and dean, I bought my first Lexus from them last week Ben was very professional, polite, and was able to answer any questions that was put to him, he was very much attention to detail and was never pushy to try to make a sale.He kept us up to speed on how the car was being prepped for handover.Thank you BenDean, was very helpful on financing and again knew exactly what he was talking about and again could answer any questions that was put to him, all the other staff where very polite and pleased to see you and happy to make you a coffee, will definitely be returning when we decide to replace our NX.Thanks again Ben and deanIG
