Purchased ET ring and bracelet at excellent value after searching many shops including the Jewellery Quarter. Jo and Steve are extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Thoroughly recommend.

Just bought my engagement ring today. They were so kind and patient! (We've been back several times over the last couple of months, and each time, they had several stunning options, which were exactly what I wanted... more so than any other place we tried...)They have the most beautiful rings, work to your budget, and because they make jewellery aswell as selling new and vintage items, you can be really specific. All round, a lovely place and people, and we will definitely be back for our wedding bands soon!

So my wife and i found this place during a visit to Stratford upon Avon and we both really like it. There are many second hand pieces of jewellery inside and i think we have found an eternity ring for my wife. Despite it being the end of the day the staff were not about to rush us away and wanted to show us the ring but i was too tired and under pressure to get to our next destination to wait unfortunately. They were exceptional staff in wanting to show us after their closure time! I got all the details i needed to do a distance transaction and that also seems flawless!

Had an amazing experience at this unbelievable jewellery shop, the choice of stock and quality was mind blowing, the staff were just so attentive and helpful, to be able to purchase 2 rings and get them sized in a blink of an eye was just the best.What was a lovely 2 day trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon became an amazing experience with my wife receiving two rings to die for. I have used 50 Henley Street on two occasions.A few years ago the band on my engagement ring was going very thin. A friend recommended I went to 50 Henley Street. They replaced the band and cleaned the stone for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the outcome.Recently I took some of my mothers jewellery, that had been locked away for many years, into the shop to see what my options were. The staff spent time advising me on how I could have some of the bracelets restored, which items they could buy from me and where I could take the items they didn’t deal with. As a result I now have four lovely bracelets that have been cleaned and altered so I can wear them. I was also pleased with the value I received for the remaining gold and silver items.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 50 Henley Street not only because of their knowledge and jewellery skills but also due to how helpful and thoughtful they all were. Brilliant service - came in to find replacement for antique ring I thought couldn’t be mended. They sorted it within the hour. Brilliant job. Lovely service. And a great choice of rings! Highly recommended.

I bought my engagement ring here, which my partner absolutely adores. Margaret was very helpful with changing out a sapphire in a ring I loved, and promised it would be beautiful - which it was! Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and offered me a choice of two sapphires to place in the ring. He made the whole experience very easy. Jo went as far to help customise the engagement ring box which I brought along, when there was absolutely no need for them to help me with! The champagne was an extra special touch which was really appreciated. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone, especially if you're looking for a special occasion or engagement. Thank you again!
