Stayed back in September, November and now Feb. I'm a student who only travels up every 2 months for uni and this hotel is fantastic. All I need and very quiet. The studios are amazing as they're at the back and quiet. Has a hob which I can cook and free parking along the road. Such a lovely place and all rooms are themed! I highly recommend no5 (Spice superior studio) as it has a nice warm feeling about it. Also, it is a 5 min walk from the station and only a 6 min walk from the centre. 100% recomend and will be coming back every year for university

When I arrive to the hotel room it haven’t been cleaned from last person stay there . It was very hard to get hold of the people running the place because they wasn’t no staff in the hotel. Eventually, the cleaners did turn up and the room but I was told to vacate which was inconvenient for me. I text the owner for a discount for the inconvenience but never heard back. Being on the ground floor I heard lots noise coming from the entrance and door slamming all the time. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place to anybody!

Great boutique apart-hotel with themed rooms. Convenient for the train station and town centre. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. There is a covenience store 2 minutes walk away and a quality wine seller in the next building along.

When booking this apartment I was charged 141 pound for 2 nights but then when I checked my online banking the 141 had come out but also 30 points which was the cleaning fee which is not advertised when booking not very happy about this

I wanted to love this hotel. Location is excellent. Communication was great. Our room was not clean on arrival, especially the bathroom. The matress was the absolute worst I have ever stayed on. Think springs in the back, sagging and loudly complaining when I rolled over. Miserable. Husband and I both hardly slept.

Despite a double booking mistake by the third party reservation site, Claire, Mark and Neale could not have one more to accommodate our last minute stay. Wild Garden was a great base, less than a mile from the city centre, and same distance to stunning local parks. The apartment was clean and smart with all the essentials for self catering. Would certainly make this my go to place when looking for somewhere dog friendly in the area.

The apartment is in a good location, very close to the train station and the town centre. The rooms could be cleaner. I found some hairs on the bedding and my bare feet had dust and various bits on them as I was walking around. The bed isn't very comfortable and the room is a little dated. The heating was on and we couldn't turn it off, so the room was very hot and there was no fan. The price of the room was reasonable, but I wouldn't be in a rush to return.No soap or toiletries.

Top hosts, cozey rooms and a great location at a stone's throw from the centre of Preston!I liked the cheese door wedge and the lime green signature kitchen tiles.Will stay again, you know what I mean!

This place has so much potential but would I stay here again ?No sign outside so extremely difficult to find,we stayed in the basement room, the outside and steps going down an absolute disgrace, no lighting, steps worn away, covered in leaves, it was raining so very slippery,would definitely benefit from a handrail.Rooms have a cosy feel, clean bed linen and Snow White towels.Clean but could be cleaner Great location to city centre.With a little more care and tlc this place would be fantastic.
