I took a item back to this store as it was 2 for ten pounds I expected £5 back for the refund the store manager Louise offered me £3 making excuses of well if you bought one it would have been £7 absolutely raging I took item back and went to the works in St Enoch no problem at all I will never set foot in this store again trying to do me out of £2 absolute disgraceful way of treating customers

Arrived 5 minutes before closing. Listened to my enquiry. Seemed genuinely interested. Advised on what was needed for my project. Made purchase. Sound advice. Didn't feel rushed or that I was keeping them from closing. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Popped in on Monday to pick up some supplies, staff are friendly and prices were 1/2 of the cost I saw online. (tbf they were having a sale but still great value for unmarked items) Shop local save money and local jobs!
