DO NOT PUT LOVED ONES HERE !!! Utter shambles of a care home .!!!

Brilliant care home where individual needs are met.There are plenty of food and drink choices on a varied menu with plenty of activities organised.All staff I have dealt with are polite and request more toiletries, personal spending or clothes whenever required.Debbie and Paul on Jasmine wing are brilliant, my Gran was always happy and content when I went to see her and the staff knew her so well they could easily tell when something wasn't right with her.Each resident has their own spacious room with loo, TV and DVD player.Thank you Bunkers Hill

Ive had two family members in care homes, we have been very happy.We came to Bunkers with my aunty Joan in the pandemic and we found the staff have been really good.Joan was on Primrose and We all found the staff were lovely and at the sad passing of Joan All the family thank them for their warm,caring and fondness off Joan. Looking after us at the time of sadness.They have been brilliant.xx
