Mike and team completed our extension last month (demolished and removed conservatory / replaced with single storey extension including plumbing, electrics and plastering). A major deciding factor to use Mike’s services initially was the time he spent discussing and providing solutions for our project prior to agreeing the contract, particularly around roof design where his knowledge and experience is clearly exceptional.Mike and team completed the build within the timescales that we agreed at the outset and exactly to the price that we agreed at the start, no additional hidden costs during the project at all.The team worked hard to complete in time and to exceptional quality. Both building control and friends in trades have remarked about the high standard of work.Communication from Mike was excellent throughout the project, always happy to answer questions and explain the process, working around our schedules when needed and liaising with Leeds building control at every stage. Mike as owner was on site most days and fully involved in the build.Based on our experience I would 100% recommend Taylor’s Joinery and Building to anyone considering an extension or building works. It can be a daunting experience finding a trusted quality building company if you don’t know someone already so thought that it would be worth leaving this review to help others considering big projects.
