KEEP AWAY - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!The worst company - highly recommend not using them as I’ve had the most terrible experience, the worst customer service, they’re completely untrustworthy and have a terrible quality of work!I took my device in for a screen replacement over a month ago. Paid £300!! I was initially told the repair would be done within the week (I was desperate for my laptop as I regularly use it) but it has now been over 35 days!When they eventually returned the device to me, the screen had been replaced with another damaged screen. I took it back and they kept my device for over a month making different excuses “the repair man has gone to London”, “the repair man can’t see the problem with the screen”, “We can’t get it repaired as it’s not worth it for us and we’re hardly making any profit”, “the repair man has extended his stay in London”Having already paid for the repair upfront, I rang about once a week to check on updates with the repair. Every time I rang the shop owner became increasingly angry and rude with me saying I’m “pestering” him, I’m “going round in circles”, “you keep asking the same questions”. He ended up hanging up the phone on me after shouting at me for merely asking for an updateI would be told that the repair would definitely be done by X date, then I’d ring on X date only to be met with anger and have a story fabricated about why it’s not done. This disingenuous giving of a date which was not met occurred over 8 times in the course of our correspondence. The story would never match up which meant I completely lost all ability to trust them.I’ve now managed to get my laptop back but the screen is in a terrible state with a heavy pink tint across it!

Took my laptop to s2s computers as was told by another retailer it was a difficult and maybe a not possible job to upgrade it to the specifications I needed to work the programs I wanted to use.The chap at S2S was very knowledgeable and friendly and had the job done within two hours at a very fair and reasonable price.Computer is now 150% better and faster and working flawlessly. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.

Very helpful staff, cannot recommend enough. Knowledgeable staff where nothing is too much trouble. I had forgotten this little shop was here but I will be back. VThank you so much, Maureenery reasonable prices too.

The guy is good and can sort IMac I would not hesitate to recommend him as he not only knows his stuff but will go the extra mile. The term is G.E.M. Same values as me one fix to sort it. Not like a major retailer who live in a WORLD of their own.I will not see him for a while as he has done a great job. Thank you.
