5 star service used them for a return trip to Cardiff. Best service about. Definitely use them again.

Shocking service. Over an hour and a half late picking us up for an airport run where we barely caught the plane. Apart from the company not answering the phone when the bus was already late he continued to change his story why, promising it would be another 15 mins and we were still waiting 40 minutes later. The company then deducted £60 as a goodwill gesture which they then later demanded when they collected us on our return journey otherwise they would not collect us. Would never use this company again and would recommend no-one else to either. The blatant lies and attitude of the owner is disgusting

Ordered a 6 seater for 2:30pm. The bus didn’t arrive until 3:10pm which made us lose our table booking in Cardiff. There was no correspondence while we waited. Rung the main office at 2:20pm and was told the driver had left. We rung back at 2:50pm but the call kept getting declined or put on ‘busy’. When picking us up from Cardiff later on in the night the driver was rude. His seatbelt indicator kept beeping as he weren’t wearing his seatbelt, which we told him and he completely ignored us and kept his seatbelt off. The over all experience with Thomas Travel was dreadful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
