Good ser ice and very nice cake

Food was ok , however service very poor ( doesn't hurt to smile ) strange atmosphere also very flatThe place needs a good overall clean , Alot of tables left messy and chairs in need of a wipe downOverall disappointing for the cost in total

If you're going to have someone on the door meet and greet, they have to be confident with queries. I asked if there's any dairy free waffles and he said yes, took us to the table brought me the allergen info ...and they all had milk in them. With 2 hungry under 4s on the edge of reason I could have done with the right answer.

The place is located in town central, easy to get to.Great place for fresh desserts and well priced too.The parking can be an issue during the day but come evening then there is ample parking.The menu does go through charges with the season which keeps it fresh and not boring.The toilets are also kept clean unlike some of the other branches.The staff here are also attentive and are friendly.A must go for dessert and they can accommodate large crowd, I went with a family of 14 and we managed to get a seating area with no issues at all.

Wouldn’t even put a star. The service was appalling apart from the Asian guy who works there, the rest of the staff was so slow… they obviously have had no training to say the least. Won’t ever go back. What a waste of my money. I asked for clean cutlery and they came back with more dirty cutlery. So I went back and showed how there was food stuck on it and the young lady says I will come over in a minute to your table, I just need to serve these customers…“I’m sorry our dishwasher is not working” … ok so what will you do? She brought clean plastic knifes and forks on dirty tissue. Ok so I had a bad experience you may think?? How on earth do people still sit and eat with dirty cutlery is beyond me…what a waste of my money…

I have been here a few times with my kids and I have loved their food. It's a girls best friend when she craves something sweet. My kids love the milkshakes and waffles.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The helpful and knowledgeable waitress gave us a good introduction on our first visit.On the recommendation of our waitress we ordered the fudge brownie cookie dough dessert and a coffee. The decor portrays the style of an American dinner with it's crisp cool colours and sparkly walls.We sat in front of one of the large windows but the venue also offers a number of giant booths that I estimate will accommodate about 8 people. The service was quick and the food was delivered with a smile. The cookie dough dessert was superb and as expected. The ice cream tasted fresh and the cookie dough was warm squishy and had a lovely crunchy topping.The entrance is on the street level and the large doors give great access for wheel chairs and prams and toilets being very clean also provide facilities for chairs. Kaspas is a great place to indulge in a variety of naughty desserts for a reasonable price.

I mean whats not to love about dinner plates full of dessert. Very sickly and saucy but great for a sweet tooth quite expensive but tasty. American diner feel. Gotta appreciate the sparkly floors. Clean toilets. Big variety of waffles,crepes,sundaes,cookie dough, milkshakes and more.
