Really helpful. I specified white speaker's, my manager at home changed my mind for me and said black. It was not an issue for Chelmsford Branch to change them at all. Happy to recommend them.

Went to these as I had an issue with a Rega record player, they are on recommended dealers list for Rega, I originally spoke to Joe although someone else helped me, the record player wasn't bought from them originally.The two young lads were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. One of many ways forward, engineered by this store, was 'rewiring' my Quad pre/power combo. I never dreamt I'd ever be converted from the interconnect manufacturer I was hard wired into for decades. The phase distortion free" alternative (TQ) lead is still securing connectivity between my artera solus upgrade and 22Ls years down the line.All of the gear I've ever bought from every branch of Rayleigh HiFi has been true audiophile quality. What can I say... Ray & Joe in the Rayleigh branch were amazingly helpful, kind & patient with me. Having recieved very mediocre servce or lack of it elsewhere, they have now gained a customer for life!. Loving my new turntable and while it was a lot of money for me, I know it's not a massive sale for you guys, but you never once made me feel like I got anything except your best attention. Used for a full TV & AV Install, very pleased with the work, small niggle on sound bar, they loaned shop speaker while manufacturer's replaced, then reinstalled at no cost. Very knowledgeable.

I recently contacted the Rayleigh branch to ask if they could service my Linn turntable, which I had originally purchased from them back in 1990. They were extremely helpful and said that they could service it on site, so I took it in. I received a phone call from Larry who had looked at it and he advised me of the condition and what was needed to be done and was very thorough and helpful. They did a fantastic job, it’s as good as new, they breathed new life into it. The service was very fairly priced and I whole heartedly recommend them for new purchases and repair/service work.
