I've just been for a tooth extraction at My Dentist Oliver's House Sunderland. My dentist was Dr Salma Ainine. I've got to say the second I met her and all through the procedure she put me totally at ease. She was very clear with all my options and so clear with everything I needed to know. One of the things i was concerned about was the anesthetic and the dreaded needle. I actually praised her as she was so gentle I never felt the first needle going in, and just the slightest feeling on the second needle absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Alan Dawson x

Thanks to Ahmed and team I am able to smile and eat out with confidence in the knowledge my teeth look brilliant and are stable/secure. Two implants, a bridge and crowns etc all done with care and attention, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent.

One of the rare places that an amazing customer service still exists!A tooth/filling cracked and I desperately needed to see my dentist before a family holiday. Michelle listened to my circumstances and managed to ring me with a cancellation appointment so that I got sorted before my break. To say this was a relief is an understatement. Every single member of staff smiles and says Hello to customers in the waiting room which I never see anywhere else. There is a real sense of customer centred culture throughout the organisation. Would not hesitate to recommend and Michelle is an absolute star! Thanks so much for everything!

I got my treatment done by Salma Ainine after searching so long for the right practice and dentist! Before I started my treatment I was not happy with how my teeth looked. I had no confidence to smile, I would always shy away from the camera and would cover up my mouth whenever I spoke to someone. So I finally found the courage to do a consultation with Salma.She talked me through all of my options and helped me choose what was best for me. So I went for the aligners.Salma communicated with me during every step of the procedure, making sure that i was okay and throughout my treatment she made sure i was not in any pain. Following my invisalign treatment with my own dentist in Scotland, I was recommended Dr Burlace by a friend for a composite bonding treatment. It’s fair to say the long journey was absolutely worth it! Managed to complete the treatment in one afternoon with great result! Also special thank you to Kayleigh and Stuart who were working with Dr. Burlace and made me feel comfortable (and entertained!) through out a relatively long treatment. Highly recommend!
