Having experienced and feeling disheartened by a number of laser clinics in the north west, I came to Ilham following several recommendations. I'll be honest, I went in open minded but expecting to be over promised and underwhelmed in what will be achieved in reality. Like most people, I feel I have the worse skin. Two years later, I'm a regular customer. Ilham is more interested in your skin not your purse. The hammam is authentic and beautiful. Ilham is honest and genuine, that's why this is my one stop for, hammam, laser and facials. It's an affordable treat. As I'm a working parent, Ilham gives me flexibility and is extremely accommodating. I trust her with my skin and feel at ease due to her experience. The laser has done wonders for my confidence. I don't need to hide my face behind my hands anymore. Take advantage of one of their offers if they have any on.

Booked here for a Celluma facial, not had a facial before and thoroughly enjoyed it. My therapist was very thorough in checking my skin and gave me advice on skincare. Skin felt so clean, clear and soft once it was done. I have pigmentation on my face and she suggested using the Obagi system. I have been using the products for 2 weeks now and I can honestly say they work! My skin is so much clearer and so far the pigmentation has subsided quite a lot. Will be back in a month for another facial.

Had an amazing experience at viva. Ilham makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have now had the dermalogica facial twice and can definitely say it’s made my skin feel so much better. 100% would recommend to anybody in the north west.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with my sister in law in the Morrocan Hammam at Viva Skin and Laser. It was something else! Not only did we both feel relaxed and pampered, the treatment got rid of all our dead skin to reveal a fresh glow!! Highly recommend!! The atmosphere and decor is amazing. It was also lovely to receive the complimentary morrocan tea and nibbles after the experience. Thank you. Definitely a regular treatment I will be booking. I have historically had various treatments with them with lasting results including laser hair removal and their amazing dermalogica facials.

Had my first session of laser hair removal with Ilham and have had brilliant results with very little hair growth after 3 weeks. No burning or other side effects which I’ve experienced in the past with another laser clinic. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Viva Skin Clinic for all my treatments for the past 2 years now. Laser hair removal, fat freezing they do everything here and in a very relaxing environment. They have the ultra modern equipment to provide effective results yet very cheap. I also recommend Viva Skin Clinic to my friends and family. Completely value for money.

I had a consultation with Nighat for laser hair removal which was supposed to be a 20 minute consultation and patch test. Which ended up being an hour as Nighat was very thorough and wanted to makesure of what the treatment consisted of. She was very patient and definitely made me comfortable with all the questions I had........ she did not make me feel at unease or that i was wasting her time with the 100 questions I had. I also booked in for a hamaam treatment it was brilliant the whole experience and professionalism cannot fault it in anyway the decor is classy, sophisticated and definitely worth the price.Since then i have had facials with Nighat who has recommended the products i needed for my skin. Can't thank Nighat enough for her professionalism and honesty an amazing experience and love her passion to help get the right products for your skin she definitely knows her Stuff. Xxx

I can honestly say that the lady running this is one of the most genial, yet professional people that I have had the pleasure to meet. I have been here several times and always recommend it to my friends and colleagues. The excellent service ensures that each time I have treatment here, I leave feeling more confident and generally happy than when I arrive. She makes an otherwise boring experience very enjoyable! Being it hair removal or skin improvement I cannot recommend this place enough. Give it a go, you wont regret it!

I had a consultation for laser hair removal then booked a session following this.I was made to feel so comfortable despite being so self conscious. I was talked through every step. And after one session I’ve had amazing results. I have a non existent pain threshold and Nighat was so patient with me. Definitely recommend Viva Laser!

Had the best Hamam experience and a facial at this salon. Nighat was extremely accommodating and made sure I felt relaxed Gave me honest advice on my skin and was upfront and didn't try to oversell any of the treatments or products. I have been here a couple of times and will be making more trips back. The treatment and services are really competitively priced and she uses the best high end products and doesn't skimp on giving you the best treatments. If you are in the area then I would definitely recommend this place.
