This is a useful place to have in Lutterworth and not too far away in the town. Staff are very helpful and friendly and can answer any questions dealing with queries. Although their opening hours have changed , they will leave you a card if you aren't in or try and leave it with a neighbour. You are also able to contact them to change delivery dates for when you are in.

I went to collect a parcel at 2.40pm today as per the opening hours on the website, but due to (I assume) COVID-19 it's open on reduced hours. Although I understand, it would've been helpful if this was publicised, not just in the door window when you're already there!

opens at 930 closes for lunch and shuts up shop at 430. Makes it very hard to collect parcels to the point I opt out of Royal Mail deliveries if possible. Other local depots stay open till later on. Woman behind desk should be a lot happier on those hours. She’s obviously been spoken to as I saw a smile from a grimace last time I went !

Opening times are not great. 430pm closing inthe week. Lady at the desk not very friendly. (Smile goes along way). That said not far for me to drive to and free parking. I have a sports car and the hump just before you enter the carpark is nightmar for me little car.

Restricted opening times. Times are not put on their website. Abrupt, curt staff. To smile, be pleasant and be informative would go a long way. Poor show.

Apart from the fact that the postmen and women, handle all of my bills and hand deliver my birthday cards, they do this rain or shine and are always pleasant. The delivery office / mail centre has free parking and although smiles are rationed here, you generally get prompt service. Its in a good location if getting there by car and walkable from the houses near by.

Lady behind desk has rude atitude everytime. Postman who do deliverys in my area on they never hand the parcels except letters. They don t even knock the door they just through away the missing letter. And gues what?? I am paying that service and never ever get parcels to my home I have to ask friend to collect them as I am on day shift and never find this depot open.It s a BIG shame for royal mail.And overall today I send a friend to collect my parcel and lady just said sorry we can t find your parcel!!!Brilliant rude atitude, really bad services, poor management.

Conflicting information on Google about opening times. Wasted visit to pick up urgent parcel as only open for 2 hours and a minimum 2 days waiting for postage. No wonder people are opting for other services like Evri. Royal Mail is archaic.
