I phoned this shop and asked for parts. Told me on the phone that they've them in stock. I went within the hour. Got to the shop and told me that the guy on the phone had quoted the wrong parts and they didn't have them in stock anyway. Told me to return later in the day and quoted have higher price. I don't have the time or fuel to waste for mistakes like this

Dropped in today and was dealt with by Dean - he went above and beyond to help with our problem on my vehicle. He sourced the product and had it delivered from another branch within hours, and he kept me updated throughout the process. Can’t thank him enough - he’s a life saver! I'm sure its a great company but whoever drives the little van with the reg N50SAF is a danger. What he did leaving the M1 at junction 25 this morning (31/3/2023) was the worst driving ever. Gives a poor image of your company.

This place used to be the cheapest around. But recently I can get stuff delivered off amazon for cheaper. Even halfords is cheaper for parts and consumables Now days than suttons. It's a shame as I used to enjoy a cheeky pop to Sutton for something.
