Co-op Food - Battlefield

Local small co-op, good selection of products. Staff helpful & friendly. Good opening hours & shelves always well stocked. Great for top up shop.

Some of the staff are very rude, it’s enough to make sure I never shop there again.

Unnecessarily unpleasant and rude. Poor customer service from M![+*n. I suspect this individual has regular run ins with patrons with whom he has taken a dislike.

Surprisingly good selection for the size of the store. Prices are reasonable.

The co-op has cut back on their security and it shows as this shop is pretty busy with shop lifters.

Was just in the shop to get made to feel really unwelcome because I accidentally went to the self scan machine to buy my item. I had my 9year old daughter with me and the man MILTON was looking me up and down nodding his head yous need new staff he even flung my change at me

This is the second time this has happened to me ... iam disabled having had my leg amputated due to covid .... I proceed to the check out when iam asked do I need any bags and I say yes please can I get two they are then thrown at me ... I ask are you going to give me a hand to pack my bags and the he / she said no ...I then say why are you not helping a cripple / disabled guy to pack my bags got no answer from the person serving me ... I then said you need to remove the plastic sheets because there is only enough room for the person who's serving to pack I need to hold on to things because I feel iam going to fall over me leaning through the small hole in the perspex which the bags are then pushed through .... I had the same issue with a big heavy woman who works the behind in the countre in there but with her she was eating food and crisps and drinking when she did not want to help me ...now I have to be honest apart from theses two individuals the rest of the counter staff are great .... I did ask for the counter assistant name but she refused all I can say if anyone can give this person name it would be great full because when I asked the person said she was non binary.....

Lovely, clean shop. Well stocked, good variety of produce. Staff friendly and helpful.
