Authentic Cakes

This family run business was unique in its field nothing too much for them to do always got what l ordered. Sadly the proprietor have retired.

After purchasing an air brush pme compressor, I found that the power of the compressor wasn't up to standard for the job I wanted it to do.I tried to return the item as per usual customer expectancy and was told that there was a non-returnable policy. In my opinion the item wasn't satisfactory for my needs and not a change of mind. I am deeply disappointed with the lazy attitude in place and would expect a lot more from a niche shop. Especially a potential future customer for them.Being told to just lump it for something that doesn't do the job is disgusting. As a full time pastry chef and owner of a patisserie company, neglecting the client has now singlehandedly stopped what have could been for them a great future customer.

Amazing cakes, beautiful and tasty but extremely poor service! Torn to use them again or not, are the cakes worth the lazy service and rudeness???
