We used AD Jones for supply of most components in our shower room re-fit and Nick was great. Good communication & service and a nice bloke too. All the products we purchased are good quality and look fantastic. I’d definitely use AD Jones again.

Fantastic service from Mr Nick Jones and his fitters. Nick has an abundance of knowledge he's happy to share regarding bathroom equipment. His advise was exceptional and took his time to explain the best and most financially suitable good for our needs. His fitters took 2 weeks to complete a main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. Arrived on time every day and just did what they were supposed to do and the left our home clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this team for anyone else. A breath of fresh air.

Unprofessional and unreliable service!!,Looking for complete bathroom refit that required plumber site visit. This was promised three times over a two month period, that never happened. Time wasters and really disappointing as wanted to support small family business.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We got exactly the bathroom we wanted and felt like we worked with them to achieve it. Expert advice about every element from taps to lighting, even the height of the toilet!Working with a local company was important to us and their knowledge of the area and local suppliers was really helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

I wanted to buy Burlington bathroom fittings as the manufacturer had a sale on. These guys are a local stockist and were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were happy to let me order so I caught the end of the sale and then kept the fittings in storage until it was ready to be fitted and delivered upon arrangement. They were even happy to refund a couple of things I no longer needed even after being specially ordered for me, as they were confident they could sell them on.

A D Jones recently created a new bathroom from scratch for us in a spare bedroom. As well as making it very easy to plan the new room, the work they did to build and fit it was of exceptional quality. They had to run water to and from the room as there wasn't any upstairs, replace and level the rotten old plaster walls and lay a new floor. All looks great and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a bathroom.
