I had my first appointment recently at practice. The Receptionist, Sajishma, was very helpful and approachable with exceptional service.As a new patient in the practice, she explained everything in detail about the process. And I had a great experience on the first visit.

I had an extraction with Yash Patel and his dental nurse today. They worked very well together whilst extracting the tooth. Yash is also very gentle with the injections beforehand and I actually felt nothing at all. I would totally recommend this practice to anyone looking to join. The receptionist Amy is very friendly and helpful too. Great service!!

Not usually one to write a review, but I have been nothing but impressed with dental beauty croydonAfter a few bad experiences in the past, I felt it necessary it recieves the credit it so deserves. From the friendly reception staff to the sincerely professional dentists I have never felt more at ease.Jaya is absolutely fantastic at what she does and has been nothing more then lovely at each visitCouldn't recommend this wonderful team more

Just had a root canal treatment by Dr Kunal Patel.As usual I was dreading the visit to the dentist. However, this was different - I didn’t even feel the injection to numb the area!Throughout the treatment, Dr Patel explained everything and was very reassuring. The Dental Nurse was also very attentive and helpful.The whole process was nothing like I was expecting - it was a pleasant experience; not how I would usually describe a visit to the Dentist.Thank you to all involved - from the reception team, the dental Nurse and Dr Patel - well done!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was not nice.I had to arrive 12 minutes late because my GPS directed me in a different way could be because of road works. I stopped my car and called the clinic and I told them I am around the area as my GPS showed 2 minutes to destination and I will be 7 minutes late but I couldn’t find the car park. It took me another 3 minutes to find a parking space. On my entrance the receptionist, told me they can’t see me and I have to reboot and I lost my £30 booking fees which they take in advance. I told her I called them and explained the situation and also on our Firestone fist me and my husband have waited for almost 40 minutes to be seen.I don’t recommend this clinic at all. No happy with the services especially, if you are paying for your treatments.

Just completed a year or so of braces with Dental Beauty. I'm super happy with the results.The main reason for leaving a review though is to say how kind the staff are. I've been so nervous about having work done after bad experiences in the past. Dr Jaya (orthodontist) was so reassuring and kind throughout. Amy, the receptionist has made coming for treatment a joy, calmed my nerves and made my day by welcoming me with a smile. Thank you everyone!

I went to fix my dentures and tests recently. especially Y Patel did an absolutely fantastic job. New scanning method to prepare the dentures. Fit perfectly on the first try.Clinic has had a massive revamp and from reception to care is great.

Absolutely amazing experience. Had such a fear of dentist my teeth were in such bad condition. I was fitted with a new pair of teeth yesterday and the compliments I've had being a day wearing them is unreal. Has done wonders for my confidence. Praisy my dentist was absolutely fantastic!! Put me at ease every appointment. Didn't do anything I wasnt comfortable with!!

Cannot recommend this practice enough! Dr Yash was so incredible on my first visit, and put together a dental plan for me that I fully understood (I had pictures and X-rays explaining everything). As someone who was terrified of the dentist and would cry the second I sat in the chair, Dr Yash has completely changed that. I almost fell asleep getting three fillings today! The entire team are so friendly, even the hygienist gave me a little care package of things I would need. Maybe I’ve just been to awful practices before (although I’ve had 4 previous dentists so I can’t be that unlucky) but the service and attention to detail on all three of my appointments so far have been amazing. Thank you all!

BEWAREDon’t believe any of these reviews as they were done after patients were. Offered money off their treatments for 5star reviews while waiting for dentist appointments. The branch is run by dr Patel who is happy to lie to you about the state of your teeth and cover up bad dental work by his staff. He examined me and told me having cracked teeth was ok.Also the fillings I received from his dentist were so bad they decayed and caused me to have trauma for 2 years until I went to a new dentist who properly fixed my teeth.They will do bad work while pretending to help you. And when your teeth rot they will profit from expensive treatments like implants and root canal which you would not need if they looked after your teeth.BE WARNED DO NOT TRUST
