Gatwick park & Ride

Do not use their services. I (like many) picked the cheapest parking option for Gatwick. The car park is essentially a trailer park/field with cars. Upon arrival I could visibly see cars were damaged in the parking lot. The people who worked there were very unprofessional I could only describe it as some kind of drug house from a movie with lots of random strangers/employee's lingering in and around the cabins... Fortunately my car survived without damage, however, one of there employee's stole my emergency change & Petrol funds out of the car which wasn't out in the open. I didn't realise until the day after returning... Learn from my mistake and pay the £20-£30.

Do not recommendWe used this company for our parking and we had a really bad experience. We landed at 5:30 rang then at 6 o’clock and they told us 40 minutes. After 55 minutes we rang them back for them to tell us they were just leaving. Another half an hour went past so we rang back again, they told us he had stopped for petrol and that’s why they were so late. When he eventually turned up there was no hello, let alone an apology. The driver then drove to the South terminal to collect another family of 4. Assuming we were on our way to the car park we were shocked when we ended up back at the north terminal where we had waited for almost 2 hours, where he then told the other lady she had to sit her 12 year old son on her lap so he could fit in 2 more people.Also sunglasses left in the car went missing.Full off excused for their bad service. We will never use again.

Absolutely appalling service from a bunch of liars. They have no shame in getting money off you and absolutely ripping you off. My cars mileage went up by 30miles, they lost my key and wouldn’t offer me a refund or even offer to pay for a new key. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Scam artists

Lost my car key while I was on holiday. Won't replace it or pay for a new one, they just make excuses, give out fake email addresses or say they've never heard of a car park. At least one of the guys working there stank of weed and was clearly stoned while parking cars. Avoid like the plague.

Don't use that dodgy place! Fortunately, our car didn't suffer any damages, but everything else that people wrote in their reviews, I can confirm... shame I only read the reviews after picking our car up from there. They run two falling apart minibuses to drop off and collect customers; they don't seem to have any system in place to organise drop offs / pick ups... we ended up waiting 40 min (!) to be collected from the terminal. But the worst was when we got back to the car park and they asked us to follow them to their office" to collect the keys. Guys running that place are very intimating; the "office" is a portacabin with dirty walls and one small

Do not recommend at all. Extremely rude and abrupt person on the phone. Says to call when 30 minutes away and the phone went straight to voicemail for ages. The transfer from the parking lot to the Airport was awful, the vehicle had so many faults flashing up on the dash board I’m surprised it made it there. Then on our return I called to say we were ready to be spoken to yet again in a very rude and abrupt manner we had to wait ages for them to collect us, they did so in a 5 seat car they already had 2 other ladies in there. It was ridiculous, this vehicle had faults in the dash board !! When we finally got to the yard we had to keep asking for our car keys as they were slow in coming with them I then received a call to tell me they were waiting at the airport to pick me up !! A very poorly run company. On checking my vehicle it has been damaged I spoke to one of the workers who flippantly am told me to stick it on email. Totally disgusted with the service, they have no respect for the customer or their vehicles what so ever

DO NOT USE, Dodgy is to good a term for it, the mobile number they give to call prior to arriving was never answered, Virtually no signage to find the place, when you do turn into the yard, half of it appears to be a Gypsy Traveller site the rest is a selection of cars semi dumped in a field, a battered old minibus was availible to take us to the airport but there was 1 more person than seats, a young child from another group sat on a parents lap for the trip to the Airport. Once the car had been left at the yard it was later driven to another site a few miles away, and then returned to the yard on return day. On returning the minibus that turned up to collect 9 people only had 8 passenger seats, this time a teenager was on a parents lap in the minibus. We were lucky as the car was not damaged and I dont think anything was taken from the car, If you did have any issue I would not hold any hope of them doing anything about it all you have is a mobile number and a field full of cars. AVOID. Had to give it 1 star to post .

Comparing to others, my experience was fine. Car was returned in one piece. Not been driven, bit dirty, but that what I left, lol. The only my concern is, the state of the mini buses they using to transfer people to and from airport. The one they used on my return ( Merc Vito), had lots of warning messages (including brakes) on the dash. Sound of engine was horrible, and I had a feeling, that this vehicle will fall apart within next minute, lol. Other than that was just fine

Awful service. A bunch of liars. The car park is in the middle of nowhere. They drive your car whilst you’re away. My mileage went up by 40 miles. The inside of my car was left really dirty. Once I confronted them about this, they lied to me and told me there was a different car park they moved it from which clearly there isn’t. The manager refused to give any sort of refund and just provided lie after lie. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely appalling experience, staff are unprofessional, my car had been driven without my consent, and their management is a shambles, I would never use their service again. Think twice before booking this.
