Warner Goodman dealt with the sale of our old flat and purchase of a new home in a very professional and, considering the circumstances, timely manner.To go from initial conversations to standing in our new home in just 3 months, a mere 3 days before Christmas Eve, was no small achievement. We'll forever be grateful for how hard everyone worked to get us sorted during such a busy period.I can only thank them, from the bottom of my heart, for their diligence, professionalism, and above all patience when dealing with a couple of at-times stressed and frustrated young folks.Look no further.

Recommended Kiri Saunders-Brown for conveyancing by a close friend. We can confirm that our friend's recommendation is spot on. Kiri is available and approachable on the phone to talk through any query. She simplifies things and is risk averse making us feel in very safe hands. Deadlines were stuck to enabling us to save thousands by avoiding the stamp duty holiday. From our first contact with Kiri at Warner Goodman (the day after our offer was accepted) to completion and receiving the keys to our property, took 61 days (8 weeks).

Very poor service throughout. Every month delayed cost £1,150 in continued rent - they absolutely do not care. In the end the seller simply moved out, leaving the property vacant as she too was desperate to complete and move on with her plans too!There are two systemic problems:1. They have too many cases. Any email sent receives an auto reply saying how busy they are and instructing customers not to chase them!2. They work in a linear fashion and so (for example) it was only when the water company problem was sorted that they revealed that Help to Buy" had a charge on the property. That could have been dealt with in parallel

Warner Goodman acted professionally and efficiently from start to finish in assisting us with our house purchase as first time buyers. Warner Goodman are OUTSTANDING! I have been using this firm for the past 8 years and I have been lucky enough to have both bought and sold a property using them. I have had a different solicitor each time but they are always responsive, honest and totally competent. Over the last year I am sure it has been a testing time for them with all the changes, pressures from the stamp duty holiday and the unpredictable nature of the current climate.Last year I thought I found our perfect house, had an offer accepted and waited for the moment when we would get the keys. I waited patiently understanding everything was taking longer due to the pandemic but I never expected the hold-up to be down to the total incompetence of the seller’s solicitors; slow response to emails, constant prompting needed from my solicitor and what seemed to be a lack of knowledge and pride in their job. Luckily for me I had Anna and Kiri looking after my side of things. Anna kept me informed throughout the purchase process of the problems encountered via regular emails/phone calls, listened to my concerns and provided me with all the legal advice I needed to make informed decisions. This house purchase proved what a difference having competent solicitors from Warner Goodman versus having totally incompetent solicitors on the seller’s side. It is unbelievable the amount of work Anna did on my behalf. Unfortunately, I decided to pull out given the seller’s solicitor showing no haste despite being 9 months into the purchase. Luckily, I went from total despair to elation when I managed to find a property through auction. I instructed Kiri at short notice (less than 24hours) to look over the legal pack for me. Kiri even offered to do this in after he usual work hours to ensure I felt informed enough to exchange on the house.In summary, I am not someone who usually writes reviews but Anna, Kiri and Warner Goodman have been amazing to work with, an absolute pleasure to deal with as a client and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. I can only thank Anna and Kiri from the bottom of my heart for all they do for their clients, it is really appreciated.

Tried calling here multiple times across their various offices as I had an urgent legal matter which I was trying to sought advice for.Phone was never picked up. Voicemails left never followed up on.
