I have just returned from a 3 day visit to York with 30 school children. From the moment i contacted Paula and the team, the service has been second to none. Paula was in constant contact, keeping me updated throughout the booking procedure. Paul, our bus driver/tour guide was excellent. He had a fantastic relationship with the children and made life easy for me, contacting the attractions when we were running late. The timings were all spot on and it was a very laid back trip, made easier by the professional way in which Paul ran everything. We have already made enquires for next year and wouldn't book with any other company. Well done and thank you to all at Fussell's Travel Service.

From arriving 20 minutes late , rude driver ( fussels sent a coach from Preston) he didn't know where he was going , seats wouldn't stay upright , heating on full wouldn't turn down ,parked miles away at the Trafford centre instead of in the coach park leaving people ( some elderly ) with an 11 minute walk . We have done this trip for years & never experienced problems like this , this trip had been booked a year in advance so no excuse not to get a fussels coach .

Just got back from 5 days in the Isle of Wight. Cannot praise our driver Helen enough. She was so organised, helpful, patient and a brilliant safe driver. Felt very safe even in atrocious conditions. Thank you very much.
