We have visited before on several occasions and have always been happy. Price has increased which is feel is a bit steep at £14 for 1 hour per person.Check in was quick and easy.Staff were helpful and friendly.Service at the cafe area was quick.Areas all clean and tidy.Plenty of free parking.Wide range of facilities.Thank you

I love to jump and so do my kids. Venue is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Loos and changing rooms. Drinks and snacks a bit pricey.

Free parking which was a bonus. But I found this place to be over priced for what is offered. Even a cuppa is expensive. Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the place was clean. But an expensive couple of hours.

Fed up of turning up to here to an absolute shambles - Managers how are you turning up here every day and you cannot even get the basics correct. It is an absolute embarrassment.The outside looks like a war zone and don’t come up with some lousy excuse we discussed this last year and it looks like I was paid a lot of lip service.How have you not walked the site from a guest perspective and realised you look like a joke factory. Have some respect for your hard working parents that choose to spend with you and prove to us you care.

My kids love jump in and get a good deal on kids pass for tickets. Although on this occasion I did notice that the toilets needed a freshen up and could do with a coat of paint. Disappointed that we can no longer order online for food and drinks so it meant my friend and I had to take turn to go up and order, which took time away from us being able to catch up! Would go again though as kids love it so much.

Really enjoyed our experience at Jump In. My 2 year old attended a three year old's birthday which happened early on a Saturday morning during toddler takeover". This meant under 5s could be on the main trampolines. Soft play was also open. The only downside was the absolute freezingness. As a supervising parent it was like walking on ice! Top tip is to bring thick walking socks.The room we had the tea in was also pretty cold. There was a heater down the end which we switched on and the room eventually got warm as we were finishing up.However the children LOVED the bouncing and the staff were brilliant. I'd go again

Expensive, but a large area for kids, food could be better, not tasty at all, child couldn't eat it because of the taste, beware of giving your email at the tills.

Booked a party for my 10 yr old. I have massive mobility issues the party rooms are upstairs. No lift when I asked staff they had to check if there is a lift. So for the price of the party I was left sat with a free cup of coffee takes the mick. There’s more organisation on the Gaza Egypt border, and if you blinked you’d think your on Gaza due to the lack of care or maintenance around the site. Even entering the building the weather strip for the door is too tall for disabled customers.

Great time with the kids, reasonably priced. Staff polite and Friendly. Only thing that let's it down is the cleanliness of the toilets, look like they haven't been touched for months, no toilet paper, very dusty cubicles, mess over the front of the toilet, unfortunately had an autistic child in tow that decided to put their hand in it, hence 3 stars not 5.
