Had my solar array & battery installed back in May 2023. Atif called to my house on the date arranged & talked me through all my questions. The system was installed in such a tidy way in my loft .All completed in a day. Solar results are excellent & Atif is always available for the odd follow up question . I would personally recommend Resolve Home Energy if you are thinking of going solar.

I had my solar panels installed by Resolve Home Energy in May this year, and it has been one of the best costumer experiences so far! Everything was very smooth - I had contacted multiple companies for quotes and had lots of different advice / suggestions / quotes. Atif was extremely honest, thorough and I found the company to be one with an ethos of integrity. It was not the cheapest, but having done a lot of research, having had solar panels in my previous home as well, I felt the advice I was given by Resolve was the most balanced and truthful.Communication through the process was very easy - I had one issue with the scaffolders which was immediately dealt with by Resolve. I have been given all the necessary documents, and I know I can contact them with any issues - a great trustworthy company!

I was advised to get 4.4KW system, 9.5 givenergy battery and an Eddi. The advise was spot on just what i needed.Customer service is incredible and honest.Thank you very much Resolve Home Energy :)))

Very pleased with the service from Resolve. We had solar panels installed last year and service was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Not the speediest at times but a very busy period for the industry at the moment so that was to be expected. Would recommend.

I have had my solar generating system for several years with no problems. Everyone I have dealt with regarding Resolve Home Energy has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Recently I had a smart meter fitted and since then the system stopped working. I rang the office and luckily I had an appointment and a visit in under 2hrs. As it turned out the system was fine, it was an oversight by the smart meter installer. Resolve happily helped me on the first visit. I would certainly recommend this company. They have a caring outlook for their customers and are not driven by charging as much as possible.If you are considering a solar generating system then contact them first, from my experience I only have good things to say about Resolve Home Energy Ltd .

Amazing service from start to finishVery happy with our new solar panels! They look great and the install was very clean and engineers very respectful of our home! I was worried about mess and debris but no issues at all! The app is a great touch and means I can keep an eye on usage and energy production to use it effectively!

Resolve Home Energy, fitted my system 18 months ago. What a pleasure it is to deal with this company. First class. From meeting Atif to measure up, and quote, too fitment, all done in a very tidy professional manor.The system has worked perfectly, saved over 1,500 kWh just on the hot water alone, via the I boost. And over 7,600 kWh on electric to the house. Great investment, installed by a great company...In fact, my daughter is having her system installed by Resolve this week too.. Thank you

I contacted several firms, local and national, for quotes. Resolve was very responsive during the back and forth of specifying what capacity we needed now, and in the future. I found everyone professional and helpful, and ultimately a firm I felt I could trust. Once agreed, installation was done with minimum disruption over one day. On the day, Resolve suggested adding more panels (from 12 to 16, fitted both east and west aspects) and I agreed it was a good idea, and that last minute change was handled efficiently. Everything is up and running, the GivEnergy app is really helpful and there's are GivEnergy Facebook groups if you want to join them. A first class local firm that I'll be recommending to friends and neighbours.

Contacted Resolve Home Energy as we desperately needed a new inverter and for years it had seemed impossible to find a local company who would maintain or repair a PV system they did not originally fit.What a wonderful experience - over the phone, instantly interested, helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to talk through all aspects and potential future adaptations to our existing system, but no pressure to go further than we wanted at this time. Recommended a product from a good and reliable company, and an instant price for us to consider.Brilliant service - initial contact late last week, Atif completed the inspection visit this Tuesday evening and inverted swiftly fitted by James by midday Friday!!Thank you all so much.
