Chelsea Hotel
This is a lovely hotel. Wasn't initially aware it had won a CH4 competition but completely understand why. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee provided. Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent quality and size. Perfectly cooked with cold options available as well. Takes about 20 mins to walk into town or 15 mins to the front and beaches without using main roads. Plenty of free parking in adjacent roads. Will definitely stay again. Recommended.

My husband, my son and I stayed at the Chelsea Hotel for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The reception was very nice, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful (we had a problem with our Bulli and were looking for Garage). Thank you Chris & team for looking after all of us after most of our family took over the hotel for a long weekend! Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was always fresh and served with a smile and a great choice of options. Rooms are a great size with lots of storage space to unpack. Lovely brand new bathrooms and even plug sockets by the full length mirror to dry your hair! 3 min walk to multiple choices of supermarkets and train station - can’t wait to stay again & highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just returned from another weekend in Bournemouth. My last stay 3 years ago and what a transformation. The owner has clearly invested time and money into the rooms and hotel. Breakfast again was amazing. Thank you for a great stay. :)

Hotel is a five minute walk from the train/coach station and is centrally located to shops, restaurants.However the cherry on the cake are the owners and staff they epitomise hospitality at its finest. As 4 in a bed winner I was had high hopes but these were truly exceeded.Breakfast is really good value with the tea and toast flowing alongside the the tasty full English.Beds are a bit narrow but I slept really well and the rooms are nicely decorated.All in all 5 stars for a lovely stay.

Just been back for the second time as the team were so lovely the first. The rooms are very good value for money- clean, tidy and well decorated. The breakfast was fantastic and there is tea and coffee in the rooms. The hotel is in a good location being close to the station and easy access to main roads, although still a quiet street. There is an Asda 2 minutes walk away.The host is very knowledgeable on the local area and recommended a lovely bar on a quieter part of the beach.

Me and my partner stayed here to attend a friend's party in Bournemouth, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the stay.The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always there right away to help if needed. The breakfast was very good, and plenty of it! The bed was VERY comfortable. I always struggle to sleep in hotels but I had no problem at all here. Bathroom/shower was very clean.Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Chelsea Hotel
Had a fantastic stay at The Chelsea, Chris and his team couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Rooms are all lovely, clean with tea and coffee, mini fridge. Quiet location close to the station, although we drove and Chris kindly arranged a permit for our stay, right outside!I have no hesitation in recommending and look forward to staying again soon!
