Brought a guitar 10 months ago, when I was trying it the action was a bit high for my liking. He said he could lower the action a started to do it Straight away. So he did it and handed it back to me. It was OK. I liked the guitar a Cort X250 price at the top end. OK its local so I brought. The guitar is fantastic since taking it to a proper guitar tec who ask if I had tried as it look like a 3 year old had set it up. Fast forward 10 months the tremolo arm wasn't working and the one of inlay had fallen out. So I emailed them regarding these issue's only for an email back stating not covered due to wear and tear". I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They also offer a discount on Greenwich one card

I popped in to this shop today looking for some advice on a very old damaged clarinet that I had.I had amazing customer service from the man in this shop (sorry I don’t know his name).I ended up purchasing a very good condition and exceptionally priced used saxophone that they had in store.So many small music shops have disappeared over the years so it great to see shops like this excelling at what they do.Would highly recommend popping by when in the area.

Was looking forward to buying a trumpet at this store.I dealt with an extremely rude owner of the store who kept trying to “dominate” me and I felt it was so unessecary.I felt the owner was a really angry person and kept responding rudely to everything I was saying.I will never return to this shop again and I advice anyone else who shops here to do the same

Wow, what nice people! Very helpful informative and they also have great deals! Will definitely be back if the guard dog lets me in, hahaI brought this beautiful cherry burst guitar and amp with extra strap, leads strings, and picks for less than £200

Popped in with my 17 year old son who has just started to play the guitar, my son is very shy and gets anxious when meeting new people. The lovely couple that own the shop couldn’t of been more helpful, they weren’t interested in a sale they were just happy to give free advise, they made us feel very welcome. We had new strings put on my sons learner guitar and will 100% be back to purchase a better guitar when he gets better. Thank you x

I dropped in to Norman’s Music recently with a guitar that was so badly damaged that I had almost given it up for dead.Within a week and for very little cost I picked up my guitar, which was now in perfect working order, with the added bonus of having a much improved action.I also received some very good advice on guitar upkeep, along with friendly service.Full Star review.I shall return.Tyrone
