James and Lynn were fantastic from start to finish. They were very patient with me, kept me informed and answered all my questions. And Lynn always sent lovely friendly emails. But I was really impressed, when my stuff arrived, how well protected and wrapped everything was. Nothing was broken or damaged. Thank you again for taking care of my personal items. Highly recommended.

Very good service and helpful staff. There is only access 9-4:45 Monday-Friday only, so no 5th star.Their crews can pack, transport and store, and though it has sometimes been difficult to get hold of them, they are helpful when you can get them. They earn the trust you need when you are storing your treasures and things you can't let go of yet.

Absolutely shocking service. We employed R.B. Steel for our removals to Spain. Damage to multiple items of lounge and bedroom furniture, boxes of broken kitchenware missing boxes of kitchen ware and tools.

Moving from UK to Germany.My family and I recently moved from Oxfordshire, UK to Hamburg, Germany and the experience from start to finish was exceptional.From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with John at RB Steel Movers (Iver office) to the move date and finally we received our furniture in Germany, the who process was perfect. Highly recommend these guys.

Large house move. Really excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble. Fast and efficient and did whatever it took to get the job done. All with a smile and a joke. It was hard, heavy work.Very very pleased I asked them to do my house move.5 stars!

Moved to Spain, goods in storage with R B Steel for 6 months, when delivered at least 2 original boxes missing though the total number of boxes collected and delivered are equal, when questioning Steel's it was stated that the goods were collected in a container and never unloaded, however they were collected in a 7.5 ton van, and had been unloaded and new labels attached, they've lost them and won't admit it

Took me four months to receive my parcels after collection. Parcels came in terrible condition and a huge amount of my items were damaged/broken. I've asked for compensation for the delay several times and have been ignored.I was also blamed when parcels were sent back for containing items not allowed to go via aircraft when I was never informed either that the parcels would be sent via aircraft or that certain items were not allowed. They tried to have me pay extra to have these parcels be sent back again, but eventually backed down.

Horrific experience of this James Steel. Sending me threatening and blackmailing emails if I gave him an honest bad review.Threatening me at all times of night to take legal action if I submitted this review. He now is denying me access to my furniture in my container despite being given their legal 7- 10 days notice of my intention to leave their company. Over priced and greedy company who will harass you at all times of the night with horrid nasty emails. Do not use this company unless you wish a lawsuit.
