Working at Leavesden studios I didn't know anyone in the area to repair laptops but found Nixuss online. I called them up and they said to bring the laptop in , Ian was so helpful and helped resolve the issue very quickly. Would highly recommend

Excellent knowledge of computers and computer systems. Ian and his colleagues are experts at fixing and installing anything from a laptop to a school or business full of technology. I've been using them at home and work since 2011. Decent people and decent prices. A sustainable option too: they won't tell you you to replace something if it isn't necessary. Highly recommended.

Got 2 big files of emails I couldn't afford to lose transferred from one email address to another. All done in under 1/2 hour and a very reasonable price for something I would never have dared to try and do myself. Also answered other queries while I was waiting.

They are friendly and patient and to date have always done everything they could to keep our laptops working.
