Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! Nail technician didn’t even apply a clear coat before applying the colour (he only realised after doing one hand and didn’t go back and put the clear coat), waited 1 hour to get my nails done. The nail technician didn’t even acknowledge me when I enter the shop and I had to go in front of him and get his attention. The owner came out only when I had to pay and didn’t say a word (not even thank you!)I will never go back!

Thi did my nails. He was wonderful. Kept checking in to see whether I was happy with length / shape / colour. Thanks Thi!

Disgusting attitude from nail tech after waiting 20 minutes to have a pedicure when there is no hot water. Told to put my feet in the cold, then when I said no, offered the kettle as a heating method. Charged £5 for ‘take off’ which involved cutting my toenails wonky and drilling my toenails to a paper-thin state. Left with cold wet feet, no towel offered. Staff talking about me (female nail staff at the back) and when I addressed her spoke to me dismissively and said ‘as long as you pay’. Run down, rude and definitely not recommended!

Have been going to Belle and Spa for nearly 15 years - for different services. Have ALWAYS received decent service. The only time I had a bad experience was with a hairdresser that I found was a bit xenophobic and rude, but she no longer works there and the new hairdressers are much better. My most recent visit - my nails were done by Pammy, she was friendly and chatty and that made my experience really enjoyable. :) I’m always made to feel welcome and although the prices have changed over the years, it’s usually just been in line with cost of living/inflation - it’s not extortionate. Gift, Jen and Sarah have always been incredibly friendly to me so I will always recommend them :) They are a crucial party of Woolwich community as they have been here for a long time. Please book with them today! The nails in my picture were done by a technician who no longer works there.

The first time I came here. a nice lady did my nails and we spoke and the overall experience was decent. The last time I came the man that did my nails used the drill on a very high setting, which caused cuts to almost all of my cucticles! When he applied the acyrlic my nail bed was literally burning and even now my fingers are sore, it's to the point that I can't even wash my hands with warm water because all the cuts are stinging. I did let him know but he didn't seem to care... like if I'm cut surely that's just generally dangerous??? Also completely overfilled my side walls and filled my natural nails down till it burned. Not anyones fault but I also didn't get the colour I wanted because they had ran out and the shape is really not what I asked for or the length. There is almost nothing good about the nails at all and I have wasted my money. Complete buyers regret. I will not ever be returning unfortunately. Wouldn't recommend unless you get the lady to do it for you.

Awful nails and service DO NOT recommendI wanted Full set acrylics white tip, and ended up spending £30 and 3 and half hours to leave with plain nails. The nail technician after cutting my fingers several times it took him 2 hours to get to the stage of painting, the owner realised the technician was incapable of carrying out the simple white tip design he asked the other technician to take over. The nails look terrible and took over 2 hours to complete this costed £35, when I questioned the service and the nails I was refunded £5.However I was really unhappy and the £5 refund did not satisfy, I went back and spoke to the owner again who offered to re do the nails.I came back at the time he said I then had to wait another hour to be seen, I had half an hour before I had to leave for another appointment, I said this to the second technician, who also cut my fingers.I ended up leaving the shop with plain acrylic nails after 3 and a hour hours.

I had eyebrow lamination from them and my experience there was really bad, this lady did not know what she was doing and made my eyebrows look really black and thick in colour which is not what i wanted, the process was really bad and my eyebrows ended up being sticky. I do not recommend going there.

Got a full acrylic set and design, nails a bit long. The lady I had (forgot to ask her name but she worked late on Boxing Day and was older) was so good and quite nice. Cost £35 (bit pricey but idm I’m quite happy with em). Also don’t mind the pictures they’re in low light so don’t show up the best
