Weekend call out as an emergency. Arrived within 2 hours and isolated the fault. Returned to fix the problem on a week day as the cost would be lower for me. They were efficient, courteous and professional with excellent communication and always arrived at the promised time. Highly recommended *****

Fantastic service! After a failed attempt at a DIY job I called 1st Electricians to help sort out the mess I had made. They were amazing from the first call and made sure to have someone over to fix the issue within 24 hours. Their work was clean, tidy and professional, and I will definitely be using them again.

Supplied and fitted new kitchen ceiling down lights and cabinet unit lights. Communication throughout with Rob was excellent and the work carried out was first class. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again

Great service provided.I phoned on Monday lunchtime explained the problem and by Tuesday teatime the job was completed.The problem was solved and the whole service was done in a friendly, informative and professional way. Cost was good value.I would definitely use 1st Electricians again and recommend them highly.

A great 5 star service from Rob and team. I called Rob to help find a fault with our bottom plug sockets and then later that day his team came around and successfully found the fault, and fixed the immediate problem and also helped to diagnose the causing issue which they said they would return the next week to fix as it required parts. Overall an excellent service all around, I would highly recommend.

Can’t praise this company enough. Got their info from the Northwich Guide. They respond immediately. They tell you exactly what will happen and when. They show up on time. Do a good job and clean up. They are refreshingly courteous and aren’t looking for a fast buck. They charge an honest rate for an honest job. I’ve already used them twice and will do again. Thank you Rob Stone and Brendan!
