Pleasant staff, helpful. I have speech disability they are very patient with me. Nice well stocked store

Very unhelpful staff. I was trying to claim my free health lottery ticket and she blatantly said, she hasn't got a clue how to do it. When I asked if she can ask someone how to do it, she replied, nobody knows how to. Go back to where you bought your ticket from. Very disappointed

Doesn't have the widest selection of stock but it's good for a very small store and for some reason, things like crisps are expensive but they do occasionally good offers on them. Usually have a £5 meal deal which is good for freezer stocking quick meals.Limited parking but it's possible to park thoughtfully nearby, sadly too many people decided it's ok to park like a moron because they're just popping in". It's not ok.I avoid going there at school run times. There are two high schools and a primary close by and it's chaos.Its great for basics or emergency alcohol or comfort food on "those" days. Good little local CO-OP food store. Accessible by path and a few parking spaces out the front. Just off Colchester Road in Ipswich. Fairly close to Northgate High School, the crematorium the Royal George pub etc.

A member of staff made be laugh in a long time today and was just the words he said but I am so grateful for his kindness and the co op are lucky to have him as a member of staff !!! All I have to say is spiders and lemon juice thank you so much jo
