I had an issue with my lock and had to find someone fast. I generally only choose tradesman based on reviews and this one came up with the best. I called Alex who came out to view the lock and provided me with 2 options, he was able to give a speedy quotes and recommendations which made it easy for me to choose the best option. Alex ordered and fitted the new part within 24hrs of the first call out. So I am extremely pleased with the service and workmanship. I thought the price was fair and the overall experience of dealing with Alex was awesome!

I somehow lost my one & only car key and after having the dealership give me something that didn't work I felt really helpless. Everybody else told me to have my car towed and that I would have to wait several days. But I was able to get to work the next morning and couldn't be any happier that I found a trustworthy & competent locksmith. He completed his work in record time and I was able to move on with my day. Thanks a lot for the amazing service!

I lost my only car key whilst out on the Downs. Alex was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure I had a new key fitted as soon as possible. He was friendly, easy to communicate with and reliable. No hesitation in providing this review.

Unsolicited review. It was a Sunday night and we'd locked ourselves out. Alex came very quickly, asked the proper security questions and had us back in the flat in no time. Highly recommended

Excellent job from Alex, fitting a new lock on my front door and back gate and also fitting a new front door bell! He left everything clean and tidy, and even threw in" the batteries for the bell. I'd definitely recommend them."

I was really impressed with the service Alex provided. He was friendly and professional. It shouldn't need saying in the 21st century, but it's still positive to meet guys who don't patronise women when talking about vans etc. Would highly recommend.

Alex helped us out of a difficult situation. We contacted Alex from Cambridge to help our son in Brighton who had locked himself out of his room. Everything was sorted within half an hour even though it was late at night. Recommended!

Alex was able to come to my workplace, carry out the work very quickly, and provide me with what I needed at a great price. He was also able to put a new battery in my current car key without me even asking, which was a lovely surprise, and just shows that he will go above and beyond for you! Really friendly service, would 100% recommend. Thanks Alex :)
