My husband went to see what size bike was right for him and ended up buying one! Felix was very helpful and informative. E-bike Levo Turbo Alloy came home today. Grins from ear to ear. Will have to save up for one for me now! Would highly recommend.

I dealt with both the front of house and workshop. Both are very trustworthy and evidently reliable..Daniel represents the mechanical team with excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Our group traveled from Cornwall and this shop saved our trip from failure by sourcing a part which had a specification that was pretty difficult to work out … I would recommend this outfit as a got to choice especially if you value a detailed knowledge of your bicycle.Thanks allGareth Hudson LLB

I called in advance, and immediately on the phone Max was extremely kind. Then I drove to the store, and he was outstanding in explaining all the options and differences between the different models and suspension systems. I ended up buying an electric bike and I’m really happy with the service. On top of that, they have amazing coffee!

I have just bought a custom built specialized Crux with amazing expertise and support provided by Joe. Joe really understands the products and took time to understand what was important to me about the bike. He made sure that the bike would meet all my needs whilst keeping within my budget range. Amazing service from Joe highly recommend him and the store!

My husband bought me a wonderful Vado SL electric bike for my birthday, unfortunately after replacement knee operation I needed to exchange it for the step on version. The Specialized Concept Store staff could not have been more helpful. They were happy for the exchange to go ahead - it truly was hassle free. 21/08/23Just picked up my new Specialized Tarmac SL7 from the amazing team at the Specialized Concept store Harrogate.Right from the Start Felix was so helpful, asking my questions and been very patient with my endless questions.I never felt any pressure , he left me to look around the store.I had my eye on the Tarmac SL7 as I had seen it reduced at a online store.Felix matched there price which I was happy because I could purchase and pick up from this amazing store in person.It’s a stand out bike shop that’s clearly doing well because of the location in this wonderful town of Harrogate.Despite the busy vibes and staff workload they always had time for me.My wife was also very impressed.The day of bike pick up , my wife could shop and have lunch , and we picked the bike up on leaving.The Aero bars had been put on & set up tubeless as per my request , exactly what myself and Felix had agreed.This is very much appreciated.Thank you guys.Vincent Potter

Enjoyed a fabulous Specialized Levo EMTB demo afternoon with Adam & Rob from the Harrogate Concept Store. Great company all afternoon in spectacular countryside - The bikes were pretty good too! Will be popping down to buy one once the piggy bank is full.
