Dean was empathetic when our mum passed and managed the funeral with professionalism, compassion and kindness. He kept us updated throughout the process, going above and beyond to make such a difficult time much easier. We particularly like the website page which is set up so families can post thoughts, candles and donations to a charity of their choice. We would highly recommend Dean’s services - he really cares about his clients and their families.

Having met our dad and going through his wishes with him made the organising so much easier for ourselves and Dean. He was in contact regularly checking we were ok and keeping us up to date of of any progress his end, he always went above and beyond to make such a difficult time much easier, which helped us massively after losing the glue to our family. Dean conducted the funerals for both of my parents, just 7 months apart. I work in the funeral profession myself as a celebrant and therefore I know many funeral directors, however I also know Dean is the best of the best and I couldn’t have entrusted the care of my Mum & Dad to anyone better than Dean. His level of genuine care is exceptional and he will go out of his way to ensure you receive exactly what you want for your loved one. I’ll always be grateful for the incredible funerals which my parents received, both of which were held in ‘alternative’ venues, both with more unusual modes of transports and bespoke personalised coffins. Deans attention to detail was second to none, he listened carefully to exactly what we wanted, and delivered beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend him more highly.

When my beloved wife passed away recently, I was recommended three local Funeral Directors by our Vicar.Being the most local, Dean was the first one my children and I went to visit, and we immediately agreed that we didn’t need to look any further.Dean and his lovely colleague Michelle were both friendly, warm and sincere, as well as very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was carried out quickly and seamlessly.It was important to us as a family that my son and I, together with my two brothers-in-law, should carry my wife’s coffin in and out of the Church, and Dean helped us to do this with the support of his team.There was absolutely no sales pressure, no up-selling, just a caring and sensitive service with all the support we needed.The costs were also lower than I had anticipated.Throughout the entire process, Dean and Michelle have been alongside us, never intrusive, but giving advice when needed and support at all times.Thank you both, and your team, for making a difficult process as easy as it could possibly have been.We will always think of you as friends.
