Food was good and nicely served on my table. Giving order is super easy on the order machines or over the counter. I ordered a 3 Mc plants, fries and diet cokes for my family. Despite being busy my order was served within 5 min. Food was tasty. The staff is helpful and friendly.There are 2 tables with tablet panels and preinstalled games to be played by kids. Almost every time I have seen some goodies for the kids.Clean and clear place with nice atmosphere and great ambience.

I went today with my own food but I am going to order drink from my Mac Donald app. As I am always using the app for ordering on the table. One of the staff just came on table where I am sitting and start telling me that, you are not allow to eat outside food & everything. And then I tell her to call manager , the manager came with her and she also tell same like the staff.Almost all the staff knows me or Sees me over there every single day as I am a carer and working whole day outside only in the barking.Every single day I order drinks , coffee and food. And if I bring food from my home I order coffee, drink or Mac flurry.The manager told me that, maybe they got complain from the customers also if I eat other food than Mac Donald. She was trying to tell me that they are losing customers. But if they act like that , they are start losing there regular customers like us carers.

Unfortunately it’s hot and miss whether you get sent the condiments requested on an online order. I only buy macdonalds for the curry sauce so to receive without it is a waste of £12/13

Went last night to get some fries quickly (around 3 lots) , the quality was appalling. Despite the fry cooker still being on and they being open for a good while longer the fries provided were cold, soggy and poor tasting. Honestly would never go back and would not recommend as the quality was shocking.

Very busy.But the staff who brought the order to my table was very courteous and polite even after I accidently dropped some knapkins on the floor I was picking it up by he told me to leave it and brought me some fresh ones from the till counter with a smile. Mature person but well cultured in customer care.

A pretty reasonable Maccies. Breakfast was hot, tasty, and quick. Service was as you would expect. Seems like a nice clean place. Only downside is some of the customers are a bit rough!!

THE Worst McDonald's I have ever visited. This branch Charge you for sauces a 1st for me!! Rude staff that seem fed up of life and don't want to earn their money (especially the odd lady wearing the scarf on her head who i think is a supervisor) she denied giving me more than 1 ketchup when I questioned her about this she replied we always charge" to which I questioned again "where is the pricing on you online menu for basic sauces" . Bought a Coffee a Toffee late. Got to my car to drink it and they did not even put whipped cream or the toffee latte syrup. So they are not even giving you what you pay for. AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S. Also the hash browns had a burnt oil taste which indicates to me they are not filtering or even changing their deep fryer oil ( this I have reported to Food Standards Agency). Who ever owns this franchise is cutting corners. BEWARE.#AVOIDPlease see my half filled toffee latte image below and then see the image of what is looks like at a NORMAL McDonald's."

Yet again, the delivery drivers hanging up in front of mcd for ages, handling my order as a hot potato. And once again it took 50 minutes to deliver. Just review your system, it's coming freezing cold after 23 even with 0 traffic on the road. Wake up guys.

I had good experience before here thatswhy visited last week again there . But this time , it was very disappointing experience due to unprofessional customer service while ordering a drink . I think the name of lady was working there is Ramneet , that female looks very unhappy and rude by far the most I have ever seen working at a McDonald's . I don't know how a person can look that angry while at a job serving customers. She was just rolled the eyes and The owner or management of this Team must be blind or just dont care about there business. He/ she should properly train their staff especially her how to respect the customers and to be professional while ordering .
