I was served by branch manager - Declan - who is an absolute credit to the team. He explained everything in detail to me and was extremely professional, while friendly, throughout.Would happily recommend this Timpsons and, in particular Declan, to anyone.

Nice people..good services

I had a battery put in last September for £14.95. I thought it would last at least 3 years, though it is now losing time. I spent a further £5 for a lifetime guaranteed battery for another watch which lasted less than 2 years. Both backs of watches were scratched on removal. The staff at the time seemed more interested in their own phones. I only used Timpson's as they are based in my local Morrison's and convenient.

Exceptional service from Declan at the Timpson’s outlet in Morrisons Giffnock. I’d tried three ‘specialist’ car key cutting shops to have a spare key cut for my Rapido motorhome – and none of them were able to help me. As a last resort, I took it in to the above Timpson branch and was fortunate enough to be helped by Declan. Not only did he search out and order the appropriate blanks for me, but he kept me updated on the progress and I had the new keys in my pocket in a couple of days. A very helpful, friendly and professional service from a guy who does indeed ‘go the extra mile’ to keep his customers happy!

Popped in to get some photos printed.The owner could see that l was struggling to use the machine.l understand there are regulations regarding help with contact and the covid.The owner was rude unprofessional and l wouldn't use his services again if he had the last printer in Scotland.

Brill keys cut

Brought in my coat back in Dec to get it cleaned as has a few stains. First time the employee was very kind, well mannered. When I went to collect my coat, the stains I highlighted were still there, plus there was little strands of hair all over the coat (worse condition than when I brought the coat in the first place). Gave them another chance and asked if they could get it cleaned properly. This time the employee was less than impressed and was completely the opposite of how he was at the first encounter. Couple of weeks passed, no phone call to say that my coat was ready, so I myself went to check.Another employee was there who was very understanding and apologetic, explained to him that this was now the 3rd time. He told me he would personally take care of it.Another few weeks later, still no phone call to say my coat was ready. I went again and was told “you can just wipe the stains with a wet sponge”.Not impressed. Avoid
